Silk – Traffic Lights

This is a great routine with a lot of opportunity for patter and comedy, and at the same time teach the audience the importance of traffic lights. This effect works similar to the mis-made flag effect. You have a traffic light post with no lights on it. You take a Red, Yellow and Blue silk and place them in a magic bag. When the traffic light is taken out of the bag it comes out with just two lights. You put it back in again into the bag and with some magic it comes out with all the three lights.

Do you know the effect of a change bag? It allows you to do many magic tricks. But… combined with the traffic light silks you can use it to tell the story of the transformation of Zacchaeus.
